IN DISTRESS First Aid Training Services Inc. is an expanding company comprised of dedicated, experienced, knowledgeable, and fully certified First Aid Instructors and Examiners. The company was founded in Ottawa in 2007 by two Carleton University Students. We have since grown significantly, and provided tailored First Aid and CPR courses on-site, for a variety of businesses, across industry sectors. We now service Halton, Ottawa, Toronto, Sudbury and surrounding areas.

We specialize in on-site First Aid and CPR Certification. We are the exclusive provider of First Aid and CPR courses to all YMCA facilities in Ottawa. Some of our other clients include grocery stores, department stores, educational facilities such as Algonquin College, Sheridan College, as well as medical and dental offices. We are proud to have certified employees of Costco, in Ottawa, as well as numerous employees of No Frills stores province wide.

We work on a 'We Come to You' basis and offer competitive rates. This approach saves you time and travel expense and allows for certification and/or recertification to be completed on-site. We will arrange to have your staff certified at your location to meet your business needs. As an Affiliate member of the Lifesaving Society of Ontario, all of our certifications are recognized by the Ontario WSIB.
