Our CPR training is designed to meet the needs of the public, businesses, professional rescuers like lifeguards, and Health Care Providers:
CPR-A (4–5 hours):
Teaches how to do adult CPR, choking procedures includes an introduction to the purpose of an AED and when to use it.

CPR-B (5–6 hours):
Teaches parents, grandparents, babysitters, or childcare workers the CPR and choking procedures for adults, children, and infants and an introduction to the purpose of an AED and when to use it. CPR-B certification is included in Emergency First Aid.

CPR-C (6–8 hours):
Covers all aspects of CPR skills and theory for adults, children, and infants including two-rescuer CPR and an introduction to the purpose of an AED and when to use it. CPR-C certification is included in Standard First Aid.

CPR-C-HCP (6-8 hours):
Covers all aspects of CPR skills and theory for adult, child and infant victims, including Rescue Breathing (artificial respiration) and the use of AED's and BVM's. This Health Care Provider (HCP) level is designed specifically for those who as part of their job description as Health Care Providers has a duty to respond to medical emergencies (e.g. doctors, nurses, paramedics, and allied health care professionals).
CPR Recertification: We recommend annual retraining for CPR skills. Many employers require it. If your skills are more than one year out of date, you should take a full CPR course.
